Actually it is what makes me start fresh for the night. I go right after work for two hours and go home refilled and ready to work again
-
github95617y@gitpush that's really nice. My routine is currently haphazard. Sometimes, full night have to work or sometimes full day. So, gym timings get affected.
-
@github aaah in this case ya it is hard to do so, but what you can do is if the night work is your personal, you can reschedule it, I stopped working for my projects after 10pm, I just wake up at 5am and continue from there, I have three hours before I need to go to work, I accomplish a lot more than working from 10pm to 1am
-
github95617y@gitpush weekdays, I am occupied mostly with office work whenever I am awake. And I love doing it. So, many times, I just end up working too late or too early and messes up my sleeping cycle. Many times, I will just directly start working even before brushing. May be because I am new to the corporate world.
Have to more professional and punctual.
Your schedule seems really effective. I will try to give it a shot.
Weekends, I have time for gym and other personal activities. -
@github don't go down that path, the "me time" is a must, always find time for your self, or you'll end up feeling tired all the time. I used to do what you are doing and ended up always being tired, and not in mood for anything, though it took me around 5 years to reach that state. That's why I rescheduled everything just to keep some room for me to do what I enjoy other than coding

github95617y@gitpush thanks for your suggestions. I am working onto it. I feel very sad when my work is stuck for days. Whenever I find time for myself, I end up taking more time resolving a task.
I completely agree with you. Will try my best to follow it.
Thanks again. 😊
