So, I implemented a 30 min jogging first thing in the morning to my daily routine.
Needless to say that I've done it for about 3 days before I failed at waking up early enough to run before having to leave for college. It was a fun ride though 😊

    I recommend you to try and keep at it to make it a habit, then it won't be as easy exhausting anymore. It will make wonders for your energy levels and ability to learn new things!
