A single frontend for a bunch of community projects and apis.

Description

So.. it was suggested to me by @cozyplanes that we should make a single frontend for a few projects (like devCredits, devbanner) and I like the idea.. But we can add more. So. I made a GitHub organization called devRant Community and I am going to set up a "unified frontend" repo. Everyone that wants to help, copy the project you would like to "unify" into its own folder In The repo and try to set it up to use one frontend. The details will be smoothed out later (as I am very tired rn) but any devrant project will be accepted. Put all api scripts in the "api" folder. I will be giving edit permissions to people soon so that people don't have to wait for me to accept prs. Todo: - frontend pages for each project - decide on a theme - a main index page for all the projects -try to mix projects (devbanner + devrant-stats = banners with updating scores and ++ indecators) - fix this mess of a collab post -set up ci - get more people to help

Everyone is able to get current score and other info from the API.

@Skayo Wonder if you can make devbanner frontend with your website design? I suck at css. Maybe you can also integrate the minified version of the frontend in your website. Maybe put in the very bottom of the stats page.
