Unofficial Python wrapper for the public devRant API (searching collabs)

Description

Based on the unofficial wrapper made by "danillouz" and API docs from "abhn". I searched for an equivalent package but didn't find anything so I made one. Problem is: API docs are very limited. Trying to do any operation while logged is a pain... So I'm asking for help in the best possible place: the devRant community itself lol :D If you want to help it would be awesome! We need a way to post rant, collabs, etc directly from API.
