Welcome to the club. What kind of company are you trying to start? You can be vauge if you want

If you think you're skilled enough, I would suggest you to start your own business, if not go for job and meanwhile work on your skills and initial capital for business.

@PerfectAsshole I have a small Development company started. Working on iOS and web. But I want to do mainly ios but I don’t have the “experience” needed for a dev job. I’m self taught so considering my options for some sort of actual cert. I built and published my own app in 3 days earlier this year and have been self studying since. I have some projects under my belt but need more. I know that’s a lot lol

@Aitkotw I don’t think skill is the problem. I think startup capital and time is the issue

@IMDownerzac if possible, do some part time work. So that you'll have a steady income(better than nothing) and side by side work on your startup.

@IMDownerzac Ah yeah that kind of company is hard to start from nothing and it seams being self taught is a liability to most businesses even though i think of it as proof of self-motivation and wanting to learn. But small advice, make a blog and write something good to build your brand to stand out. there's alot of shops out so if you don't stand out or have existing clients you're in trouble.
