Yes. Look at the thousands of libraries that are not reliant on any of the frameworks. Even without the frameworks, it is used all over the web.

It's not the frameworks that sell JavaScript, but the platform. So in effect, yes. They would just appear as a consequence.

@Npstr It’s not just cause JS is popular; JS has deep roots on the web. Plus, if you need to do any DOM manipulation, with good cross-browser compatibility, JS is your one and only choice. So it’s more like these frameworks can’t be built on anything else than JS. My 2cents.
