can anyone know about the system, software or technic that can write a whole new code as per requirements and execute it by own...?:P

Not exactly but very much, i am writing a code for client for existing system and it is on completely different framework and much more optimized. Like it took 7 seconds to execute a command earlier but now it just took 1.5 second to execute the same.
