fyroc58607yA guy that I work with knows his stuff.. he can talk about advanced development practices and he knows a lot..
When it comes to actual coding.. it takes him hours to do anything... on top of that... his code is a mess all the time. -
@fyroc he learnt about something and was going woah that’s amazing blah blah okay mate it’s cool u did that now there is other stuff to do
-
@fyroc we do support tickets in the morning for 2 hours a day yet he is still on it now. No progress to our main projects
-
Now he’s commenting on my styling and stuff saying shouldn’t this be bigger blah blah. ...
You haven’t done anything really to contribute to this project so how have u got a say when I’m finished with what I can do and have to wait on ur slow asss -
polyte2067yI once worked with an oak like that normally they leave out of too much pressure coz they cant deliver, you become their victim if u are in a less senior position than them. Just continue doing good and they will get tired of lying and leave.....
-
@polyte he doesn’t lie as such I think I does generally give it a go and try his hardest but when you claim in your interview you’re experienced in this , this and that then you would expect to be able to show it right?
He is just a slow person and we are a small team as it is with a lot of work
I really hate slow developers
No scrap that I hate developers who claim they have experience and knowledge but are so slow and can’t grip the basics.
Surely if you’re are experienced you should be able to work independently and not have someone hold your hand the entire time.
We will never get things done we are a small team as it is you gotta pull your weight man
