Has anyone ever gotten used to using Microsoft email inbox (Outlook or Live or Microsoft online or whatever the heck it's called)? I feel completely lost whenever I check my university emails. Gmail is so nice and clean.
Also, to them privacy freaks, what do you guys use if not for gmail?

@exceptionalGuy I don't understand what you mean. First of all, are you talking about the web version (former Hotmail/Windows Live Mail, now called Outlook)? It's similar with GMail. On the left hand side there are the folders and in the middle the messages. Depending on your options, clicking on a message, it can open below the message view, on the right or in a new window.
Then you have the option to integrate the service into a mail client of your option, which it would be much more familiar to your UI.

'if not gmail' believe me, there are so many email services next to Gmail!

I personally use tutanota.com for all my email and protonmail is also an alternative.

@Qaldim yes the web version. Wow, you make it sound really simple. I get a headache whenever I login.

@linuxxx Ah! I need to check them out then. I'm gonna try getting out of the clutches of Google.

@exceptionalGuy I can personally recommend tutanota very much out of the two!
