Guys, I'm a developer on my own time. I've worked as a Junior Engineer in American Express while still obtaining my bachelor's degree in my second year of college. However I had to quit because full time work and school was not possible. Anyways, I still program and develop websites on my own time, however I just cannot seem to get my first freelance client for technology projects anywhere. Where do I start? How do I do this?
