my site has a > on it.
I spent 3 weeks finding it.

    Yeah I've done this too. It's valid HTML as well so no validator can pick it up.

    Learn to use grep, possibly with regular expressions. Should take a few minutes tops, and if you go snooping around the source to see where it actually is should make finding it easier too.

    But it only gets fun if the > is added dynamically via JavaScript, good luck finding that 😭

    Highlight it, right click, inspect...

    @biscuit if you have partials it won't work. my site have atleast 20 partials on it.
