After one month of coding on Internship (doing website and app for them), I accidentally deleted folder with all code from my MacBook.
God bless disk recovery tools!

You aren't using some form of version control (with a remote store)...? (E.g. Git (GitHub, Bitbucket) or Subversion)

@emes001 Now I do, for every project, script and so on. But back then, when I was just starting to code more serious things, I didn't (or I just copy pasted code on some external drive). :/

I have mine on git, Google docs, Dropbox, and my NAS lol. everything is synced beyond synced. I'm paranoid. and yes all those point to a single folder on my NAS :p

@itsmill3rtime well, having git repo on iCloud folder and forgetting to push on origin gave me once same result after sync. Learned that mistake the hard way :D
