Guess who got fucking fired. They want someone more experienced. Well fuck off. Its no wonder why there are no front end developers in your company. Now until the end of this month I have to find some job because of bills.. Going to try freelancer and check a couple of companies in my area. Any tips on how to get a freelance job?

@ElToastGrande Right now, I'm just "I need any job just to earn some money".. But good thing is that I don't have to work with WordPress, Joomla and Drupal every day

First step : Register in freelancer and try to find something.
Second step: Update my personal website so it's not in Serbian hahhah
@ElToastGrande Sure, if you need something, I hope I can help

Something I somehow forgot to add.

Boss: "We need to finish this project soon. Try to hardcode as much as you can, we dont care how she will mantain it"
    Me: "Ok, you're the boss!"

    *Day before getting fired*
Boss: "It's not good that some stuff is hardcoded, she will have a hard time making changes."

@duckduckgo never actually dug too much into Drupal, but at first glance.
    What's so bad about it?

@lotd Can't really say personally why I don't like it, from those 3 cms's, I worked with WordPress the most.. I just don't like working with them, not my thing for some reason

If everything you say on your site is true you must be pretty fucking good

CMS are trash.. they are dumbed down in terms of usage and mechanics, so the features a programmer would make use of are hidden or not implemented.

They know that only normies will use them and not a serious company etc, so there are some bad solutions in their code - like, for ages wordpress had SQL and XSS vulnerabilities.

Every self-respecting webdev/company sooner or later comes to a realization that creating a CMS for their needs, from scratch is the best solution.
