    At least it's almost done, so I can finally start working again. Normally it doesn't take that long tho :/

    @Michelle since it has the _rebooting multiple times_ message, I would say it's installing the fall / creator's update

    That counter starts again after some restarts. It's almost certainly not on 3% of the total after an hour, just that stage.

    That said, an hour is still a long time. Mine did the creators update in like 15 mins, weird.

    I use Linux too, but I still have to let my parents use my laptop. Obviously I'm letting them use Windows, otherwise they'll think I broke it if they see something they don't recognize.

    One weird thing that I found while windows is updating is to not close my laptop as it makes it hibernate.
