Is this an ancient and possibly cursed scroll?

If so, I reserve the right to not leave it entirely alone.

I hate scroll hijacking to make it "smoother", but on recent project I removed the scrollbar and it was ok. You can still scroll normally and the pages are not too big so you do 4-5 scrolls and you see footer. For larger sites i wouldn't do that.
