Please elaborate... Neutral nets can be simple.

@coolq to implement a neural net efficiently from scratch you should know a bit of university level math (high school in Asia), so I wouldn't say it is an inherently simple technology. Some nets are indeed simpler than others, though.

Absolutely. If you want to make it efficient then you will need high level maths.

But that being said, almost anyone can get started with the absolute basics.
