@NoNameCode because you're at the wrong place at the wrong time when a customer calls, the actual specialist isn't available at that time you solve a bug with the idea 'why u no work', rather then 'hmm, I wonder what these 1000's lines of code do'. Helas, colleagues assume the latter. It was only a tear, not a river :p
