    @teganburns it's a pi hole dns server, so I can block ads and for example Google / Facebook analytics domains. Normally it should also be faster because it uses multiple dns services as redundancy

    Faster because it uses multiple dns servers? No, that is not how it works.

    Better to run pi-hole in a VM instead :)

    @Linux I should think about what I write.. More redundant bc. Multiple sources, faster bc. of storing recently used domains

    Should hope that DNS server is not open, and you use a Von to access it
