People think that because an app or website is easy to use it is easy to develop.

Quite the opposite. Often the easier it is to use the more work went into developing it. 😊

"Wow! Why does it cost so much? It's so simple."

This reminds me of guy I use to work with freelancing doing updates on small business websites. He was doing all of their marketing and brought me in for the web stuff. When I told him of estimates and hourly rates he goes "Why should they pay you that much, you are only pressing keys on a keyboard. " Needless to say I don't work with him anymore.

@donkeyScript If one doesn't appreciate his own work, it is not my problem! Hahaha

Lol, little do they know how much work he UI and sometimes even a UX team put into making it that way.
