when Windows 7 came out I switched back to Windows from Linux. I was sick of jumping through hoops to get things to work, lol. guess it's all in perspective.
-
drRoss49148y@yarwest That's a shame, I find Windows by far the easiest to navigate. I suppose 20+ years of using it consistently helps, though.

drRoss49148y@Xilo Absolutely, do-release-upgrade is about as useful as a chocolate teapot most of the time.

I have used all three extensively and I use Linux and Windows regularly.
With respect to shear frustration OSX (to me) is the worst of the three. Windows and Linux can often be tweaked or fixed with time and patience. OSX has glitches, quirks and annoyances that make you want to build a Trebuchet and launch the thing running it at the nearest cliff. -
Windows 10 UI/UX design isn't going to be implemented till the RS2 build. So things are a mess at the moment I will admit
-
yarwest27158y@drRoss well I have used windows consistently my entire life and win 10 is just a mess, in my case

drRoss49148y@yarwest Are you on the latest build? The initial release was terrible for me, but the latest is pretty good.
I'm extremely sick of Windows PCs and their reliability, if it's not some stupid bug it's some idiotic overheat issue or driver issue or compatibility issue, I never hear Mac or Linux people complain about their PCs but I could write a book of complaints for Windows
