I double check. Reset again and try to login. Success.

Firstly, no unicode passwords, right? Then... is it a PHP project or what? I've had issues like this before, it often helps to get the users IP address and put some code on the page in question that spits out the session vars and anything else useful BUT just for their IP address, and have them send you a screenshot or copy/paste it in an email. I got the point where I would always put an IP filtered debug function on certain pages, that way it only gets activated when an IP in the allow list is used. I dunno, might be useless in your case... haha

@agaskins I think it is a freaking cache issue or something :(
