I fail coding rounds but can create monolithic apps. How do I pass this phase. I badly need to switch to some good company.

Just because it's "monolithic" doesn't mean you can code
But fuck interviews regardless of that

I love coding rounds. I don't have the right papers, it's the only way how I land a job. But in reality, only one company said no based on papers (much words for that company, it has a tail to the storii). Most never asked. They assumed I had the right ones or just my experience mentioned in resume is enough.
