MySQL is freaking and keeps restarting :(

Production server "Error establishing database connection"

It finally stopped for whatever reason after a couple of restarts of all the things. I suspect it might be a max connections issue coupled with timeouts...but that might just be a symptom. I'm having a hard time reading the logs (don't fully understand them)

I really hate our environment and wish the company would see the value in upgrading.

I dunno man...looking at the log all I can see is a bunch of restarts...nothing looks like an error to me :(
