My css is such a delicate house of cards I'm afraid if any user looks at the UI too hard it will break. why did I think Friday css would be a fun way to end the week...

A lot of people either work with bad CSS or create bad CSS.

I encourage you to write with a preprocessor and learn a CSS methodology. It's the only way to write CSS now-a-days without wanting to punch your monitor.

I definitely need to get a pretty processor under my belt but we use BPM which is a very limited development environment... add a new element on the screen and the id's for all previously defined elements (made up by bpm) now have gone up by 1.
