Technically if we wanted to I'm sure we could create build a bot with ML that could bring down the whole site but....

@sslPoodle let's make a bot that detects bots so we can fuck with whomever created the bot.

I'd like to build a framework to build and a platform to host bots. The reason why I also want to host, is that I would have the bot under my control. Alternatively I will issue license like keys that would enable specific functions and rate limits. While I still would like to keep everything free I could approve the bots manually and keep spam usage behind closed doors.
I could lock the framework down in a way that script kiddos couldn't abuse it for spamming while proper devs still will be able to figure out how to get arround that limitations and eventually patch them out, however if you manage to do that, I'm pretty sure you can figure out how to post without the framework too
