The PM decides to know everything, until I ask them something. „oh this is too technical for me, go somewhere else for the answer“.

Every project is a scam, we're just making ourselves busy. It's not that we produce food or clothes or anything

@retoor im asking myself more and more what the real use of a project manager is. Their solution to complex problems is always to give the coming up with a solution to someone else. Fucking twats

@Chewbanacas the idea is that we only care about our own island or smth while a project manager cares about all islands as a whole and report it. Amazing it's a full time job. Scrum master who got promotion

idk I never asked one for technical details actually

I would give them demos if they seemed confused and had them just choose one. easier to talk about what they want if it's in front of them. what do I care, I get paid by the hour and frankly it's better than meetings or people stopping by my desk
