Signal and riot user. Also use telegram for one person, avoiding it like a deadly disease apart from that.

@Floydian Signal is an app which uses the Signal crypto protocol (about the strongest (open) crypto protocol in the world) but it's centralized. Riot is irc based and has optional end to end crypto build in (axlotl algo, aka the signal protocol yet again) :)

@Nawap the Telegram CLIENT is open source mate, did you got snared by the word "open source" like alot folks? the backend is closed source and quite franklin maybe run by the Kremlin themselves

for my site for a while I ran a RocketChat server but took it down since most of my users already uses my site chat
