I think the trick to this is organizing tasks into increasing difficulty more-so than what the tasks are. I think you're quite good at finding funny tasks

installing arch yourself
file database / persistence
making a game of minesweeper
centering a div on a website
making a script to automatically download or control data off / on an API, like devrant or reddit or something I don't know
hmmm I guess nobody does actually hacker things anymore and I don't know if I'd wanna share those secrets and make them popular so that they get plugged up
I guess maybe could do some kind of API for automatically playing chess or tic tac toe with other networked bots or something. could do a lot with network connections but then it's pretty irrelevant that it's in a docker container -
@retoor if you they do a webserver you could hit their webserver with common exploits or bugs people typically make as an interactive challenge

then there's like boring stuff like regex for detecting errors in logs or something I don't know
or doing usage / business analytics statistics based on log files
could have some broken and bad code and you have to find a way to profile it and fix the bugs and get its performance under a certain threshold
