Today I get off at 1pm. Because of weather conditions. I swear i love this job.

Gonna pick my baby girl from the daycare at a good time. Head home, get us some hot chocolate and learn more about Smalltalk while mom gets home.

People still user smalltalk?

I wanted to check it out once, but wasn't able to find a proper implementation :/

@Krokoklemme i see smalltalk jobs from time to time posted online, most of them seem aimed at academic research tho, so if that is an area you are interested it might be worth looking for. As far as an implementation to use and learn from, there is Amber Smalltalk and Pharo. Pharo has tooooons of resources including a complete and free mooc. But to get started, if you download Pharo, you can find your way to the ProfStef tutorial and learn the basics of the syntax to see if it is to your liking. To me it is, Ruby is one of my main languages and the sytax is highly inspired by Smalltalk.
