Take care of yourself or you'll regret it later...

See a physiotherapist they will help you a lot even after 1 session. They can also show you some exercises for your back.

We sit way too long... :/

@RickDiculous179 I know but working in retail as a storeman sucks, I have to do all the heavy lifting and shit :-/

And I see a chiropractor every 2 weeks but my back can't actually be fixed permanently
