plusgut60137y@sladuled why do you think it's weird? All I see is a nice joke combined with a compliment to your work.
-
@plusgut Because most people at work know they're fucked if I leave. More to do with nobody understands/wants to work on the project I oversee, than with my actual competence & work on it..
And no, I did not fuck it up, it was like that when I got access to the codebase.. xD
I'm slowly learning & improving it, but most coworkers that had to code for this 'monster' gave up & quit.. but not before they managed to add a bug or two to it, so I have something to work on ;) -
@Kimmax 😂😂 not that I want to be.. but yeah, sth happens to me or my 'boss' & this project is fucked 😒 at least for some time on some specific topics..
-
@plusgut He is not personally involved, but I've worked with him before and he knows I'm always up for a challenge..so if I leave that means they are left with people on this project that are not really invested in it & don't even try to understand it as a whole..
!rant, just wanted to share
I invited some coworkers I count as friends to a drink on friday after work..
One of them replied: I hope it's your birhday..Right?? You're not giving up on us & resigning?
