unfortunately i had to learn the hard way how to pick online courses ( yes, i am not very smart), udemy has disappointed me.

@NOOB4LIFE do a good research about the course instructor, i bought a stencyl course for 17 bucks and the instructor is a ceo of a gaming company. the course itself sucks and the instructor is bad at it, so i did a bit of research and apparently his is the only dude in his company ( which is ok, most indie devs are like that) but he made only one game for mobile ( the game that he teaches to make during the course) which got only 1-5 installs and it kinda sucks.

@kimailis made me smirk how his game didnt convert, so he decided to make a course on it, golden.

@JoshBent yeah, well maybe i was too quick to judge the dude, he pretty much sucks as a teacher but not sure about him as a game dev. i wouldn’t download his game though.
