Be sure to polish your skills in data structures and review OO principles and so on (like any other interview).
Did an online Java interview a couple months ago for a junior position (even tho I'm first year :D) and they asked to solve some problems using data structures (they didn't specify but the question was designed to be solved with data structures)
Also prepare answers to common questions they'd ask in an interview, they give you like 5 mins to answer non tech questions and winging it is a terrible idea ☹️. For each coding question you get 45 min tho (or I did) so you have ample time. And you even get an online IDE! -

I got co-workers that have to work a lot with IBM. My co-workers are very commonly ranting about IBM and their problem management.
