    @SoulSkrix usually they are leaving residue that is really, really hard to clean off, even with appropriate products.

    I cannot stand the marketing stickers. I pull them all off and let the march of time wear away any residual adhesive. Even for the Intel/AMD ones.

    I suppose that would probably happen, though in actuality I haven't bought a laptop in over 15 years, as I've always been issued one by my employer. I've always done my real personal computing on a floor model tower.
