Can anyone explain me what is agile and scrum please? :/

In simple terms it's a method of delivering a product. Using an example, instead of delivering a finished website after a few weeks, you might deliver a new page each week. So the customer sees an updated product at the end of each week rather than waiting for the whole product to be finished.

Agile Development is an umbrella term for various software Development methodologies that focus on fast product delivery and a closer input of the customer during the Development of a product. Scrum is an example of an Agile Methodology.

Both are terminologies ill-suited to a person sitting at a desk trying to make sense of the world and make code work. It's primarily used by business to treat you more like a slave but make it seem hip and trendy which makes them feel better.
