Happens to me all the time. I'm working on one project and then suddenly I have an idea for another project so I spend a day doing that - it never worked out and then I've wasted a day

If you pick up some reusable techniques or code while doing a project you can build leverage it on future projects. So even if the project does not complete there can be value.

Can't wait till my side projects have so many sides that they become indistinguishable from a circle.... then I can finally finish my first project

@Jumpshot44 I've been spending a lot of time making said tools, templates and processes. it's helped significantly, and I'm getting 5 times as much work done.

Work on defining your MVP! if you build only what's needed, you'll spend less time developing and get real feedback sooner.
