Hecky638yFor me it's not the time I start or finish, is the total amount of hours spent in front of the screen. Since my company does 8-hours a day although with flexibility I don't think anticipation or posticipation would solve the problem - 
				
				@Hecky i haven't thought screen time does affect eye bags. Thought it was based on your sleep time. Haha
