You know what I do when I get upset or depressed?

I put myself in bed. I guess some things from childhood don't change.

Having a tantrum? Time to go to bed.

    Sleep is really underrated.
    When I've got difficulties while developing SW I tend to take a good night's sleep to look at things the next day with a fresh brain.

    It's not ideal when being really depressed though, because you already tend to stay in bed longer than required.

    I have a problem where if I wake up I'll be like "why get up" and lie there until someone calls me to get the f up. So now I sleep less 🙃

    When I was a kid, it was, "Go to your room!" Then I was all, "YESSSSSS!" Same now as an adult... I go to bed, too, and it's the most amazing indulgence.
