My boss would take me to lunch whenever a demo or presentation was coming up ... Just so he could ask me to work after hours or weekends

Other employees did not like this much ...

More hours worked = more pay.

If they "think" its outrageous to think like that, they are trying to screw you :)

@azous well i just got a hugee raise. might as well put up with it. and the company i work is a social enteprise. so no complains about putting extra effort. just the revenue dropping issue is tough.
