It is 10:54 on a Monday and I have not had a Monster because my drug deal- um doctor, told me off for drinking it (not good for anxiety etc). This shit is tough...

@irene who would've expected that from a drink called "monster"

@irene I know but it's so tasty and it helps me concentrate :(

Mate!!! Your better of without it. Take a cold shower in the morning. If you are feeling athletic do a bunch of push-ups and crunches and/or yoga (it's amazing) and drink some juice and you will be just fine ;)

@Monus I do enjoy yoga but I don't have the time or energy in the morning before work. Juice is what I tried this morning but it's tricky because I can't have any juice with apple/pear in it (which is most fruit juice blends) and I hate bits in my juice. 🤣

@scytheri0n you also have to have healthy sleeping pattern. What works for me is, I go to bed at 10pm and get up at 5am. Anyways, it is really about prioritizing your life.

If you fill up with energy drinks in the morning you will be tired during noon and the afternoon and than be more awake in the evening due to you body using the calories you eat during lunch and supper. It takes time for your body to make use of the food you eat.

So one easy way to adjust is by making overnight oats and preparing a smoothie - which is probably the best thing you can do - in the evening.

Is it only apple and pear? If so either drink orange juice, which is great since the acidity tends to wake most people up, or get a blender or NurtiBullet or something with which you can prepare dope smoothies. It is an investment but you will most likely feel a lot better after a couple of weeks.
Anyway if you have other questions just hit me up.

Also @irene has a good point. Tea is great as well!!

@irene no tea either 🤣 hot drinks are mostly out for me...

@Monus yeah I'm trying to sort the sleep thing out. I'm blessed with eyes that don't close when I sleep (I hit so many branches on my fall out the "healthy" tree) so I never fully sleep. If days were 28 hours long maybe I'd have time to do everything and get the 10 hours I need to rest.
