This is true. I once used their service in past as a premium member. I downloaded something and suddenly my internet went down but download was not stopped.

After 10 minutes, there was fire in neighborhood which caused blackout in our area but boy am I impressed with their promise. IT WAS STILL DOWNLOADING.

Jokes are aside, it's possible that they were talking about their main server though. I mean they might have an alternate server solution for premium users in the event if main server goes down.
