I bought it in 2015, it's only a year old..

The reason I said it's Windows fault is because I periodically get this screen with a different type of error. This started occurring when I "upgraded" to Windows 10. In any case, I've suffered enough with Windows. This isn't the only issue I've had with Windows, far from it. I'm definitely switching to the other side.
