Windows 7 is garbage , on my computer it takes 10-15mins to boot up and actually let me work

but with manjaro live demo it only took 2-3mins

Manjaro USB just a live System or did you managed to make it persistent?. I think I spent 1-2 days trying to make a mobile ready manjaro...
