if you work in IT, don't address your team as 'warriors'. Especially if that team has over 1000 people.

They need to be equipped with swords, bows, axes, and shields.

*Then* call them warriors.

@greyfade you missed out spears and pikemen, you would be pretty screwed without them.

There's 300 in my team and they are Spartan warriors!

@greyfade what definition of warrior are you using? Just interested as warriors would more than likely have used spears before they even got close to a sword :)
