NO DATA, NO MACHINE LEARNING!

If you have good data then there are plenty of chances that you can build state of the art model. But if you don't have good data then you are mostly screwed, it is very less likely that algorithms alone can save you from this situation

I’ll use a world class machine learning algorithm to generate data for the new world class machine learning algorithm.
