I recommend forcing android into 3G with this low 4G signal strength. Most of the time high signal 3G is faster than low signal 4G.
Or even worse - ISPs that rank up TX rates to a level where you indicate a perfectly usable signal, but the real transfer rates are like shit. Downgrading to 3G works. All that so this fuckers can claim more 4G coverage
