@CozyPlanes not if the license of the software states that it's ok to redistribute the software. I haven't looked at all the license agreements but I know that react, angular and Vue are all released under the MIT license which means that you can pretty much do anything you want with the software. Including modify it, distribute it and even sublicense and sell it.
