Hacktoberfest this year
Too lazy to do contributions
I shall rest this year
And managing to get the swags is cumbersome, international shipping sucks especially when tracking isn't provided
Nope, in my place it is...
Thank me later when you get a job here, probably shouldn't8
Homemade game streaming with super high latency!. (...)
Well, hey, at keast it works!9
Gotta admit. Amazon fire tablets are awesome for cheap tinkering and installing custom firmware in it. Using 7 of them to use at my super efficient smart home (😎) and they don't break at all...
I wish they allow direct international shipping tho...2
It's been a while since i stopped programming.....
It's been so busy with all the school work/assignments/ and the most important part is that school ends at 10pm, arrive home at 11pm, prepare for tomorrow school stuff, sleep at 2am, wake up at 7am next morning, and again ends at 10pm 5 days a week...
It is exhausting, but I am getting used to this routine.
Studying my own programming skills or working on a side project? Not sure when to do it... The only way to continue studying is at breaks at school, or sleep less and study....
But it is impossible....
I have some great projects that are waiting to go out to the world, to list a few:
- cloud gaming
- cloud storage with live streaming
- complete school schedule management
- home automation framework in dotnet
- deepfakes and ai image generation algorithm (~18 months of training till now)
- game cheat engine (20GB total omfg ^^)
- and more
and I don't have time to finish it. lol
I think it will see the bright world after 3 years of high school... By then, my projects will be ancient, probably....
TIme is really short.
24 hours equally, but feels like 8 hours a day....
Should I abandon the project rn and focus on studying? (probably should)
or should i sell the project or open source it?
Also, how do you manage your time between work(study) and side projects (especially big ones)?4
Definitely random question.
Anything to essentially grab as a visitor in Los Angeles this August ?
Techy thing, but not that expensive preferred.
Amazon deliverable preferred as well7
Just a random thought.
If you are going to remove the headphone jack in phones because your goal is to make it slimmer, we'll why not put two USB c ports? One for charging and other actions, one for other actions only13
I am the old famous kiddy here, who just came back days before school exam starts^^
Just to say, I want to ask you all, is it ethical(?) to release a hacking/cheating creation tool for games for educational™ purposes?
I have been making a cheat creation tool called Mysterium, but I am not sure where to use it. I made cheats for some big title games, and reported them to the developers, patched, and got some in game items in return....
Long story short, is it okay to release to the public, or should i release this product to game developers?
A kid who made cheats since he can't play games well and wanted to get some free items4

I'm the guy who posted Surface Pro photos recently, just in case you see some similarities.
This, is the Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse.
It is beautiful. Magnificient. Minimalistic. Fast. Accurate.
I first thought it would be my future mouse.
I thought I would use it for years.
I used for an hour, and literally threw it away.
I thought it would be comfortable, since i used cheap logitech mouse which of those were all too high in height.
But, this mouse, is so low in height. It literally puts your hand in the floor.
You, the devRant members, pointed out at my previous rant that it looks, and would be uncomfortable, and I literally said shut up!
Well, sorry about that, I regret my words.
It is piece of beautiful trash.
The click sound is very quiet, the scrolling is very good, but the height of the mouse....
If I keep using this mouse, I would probably get a carpel-tunnel disease(is this correct?).
I guess I should only use this mouse when I need to use it quickly outside, since portability is number one among all mouse in the world.
Next coming, some more Surface pro coding sessions, and Surface pen.
Anything interested about the surface pro? Leave in the comments below!26
I wonder if I should open source CZip....
It saves data usage of streaming movies.
2hr movie = about 500mb data usage12
