@irene i'm using f.lux since the dawn of man but having dark themes + f.lux is essential imo (i use dark reader for mozilla/chrome which inverts colors and you can customise its css, whitelist websites, trigger it with hotkeys, etc...).

@irene but at night everything i use is dark themed even my file explorer, but thanks for the info i didn't know the eye training part.
