COBOL, you can get circa 300$ per hour.

Yeah, but then you have to know COBOL.

Based on what I have seen: Python, Java and COBOL.

It is really weird since none of those languages are as hard as say cpp, and I (as a primary php and java dev at work) am making way more money than some of my cpp friends. Of course this is not the case everywhere, but it is an issue none the less

COBOL, because a majority of people that are good with it are now retiring, and it's prevalence isn't going away anytime soon.
